Apple Music Family Sharing Bot Working

I have an Apple Music family sharing account, but my family member is unable to enjoy the benefits of that account, even though that individual is listed as a member of the family and is listed as having access to Apple Music. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like one of the members of your Family Sharing group is unable to use Apple Music. We'll be happy to help.


If you haven't changed to a family subscription plan yet, here's how to do that, so members of your group can all enjoy Apple Music: Get an Apple Music family subscription. If this is all set up correctly and the one family member gets an error when trying to join, let us know what that error says. It will help us determine the best steps to take.
