Updated to iOS 14.1, my iPhone 7 plus is performing strangely

Having recently updated OS to iOS 14.1 my phone is performing strangely- basically Siri has disappeared from my phone and it's missing from settings and so I can't get it back...

Also I have iCloud storage however I am unable to turn iCloud backup on - tapping the setting to turn from off to on it does nothing!

i was hoping to backup the device so that I could safely delete and reset the device to try restoring the device to hopefully clear the Siri issue.

anyone please can you help!

Hi tanks for coming back to me. I had tried most things and nothing was helping so I just backed up my data and reset the phone and manually set it back up again as a "new" phone. Everything is now working as it should.

To start, try the steps in this article: If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed

Keep in mind that you can also back up your iPhone using a computer: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

You may also want to check your restrictions to see if Siri was somehow blocked there: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
