That was caused by the caller using FaceTime. FaceTime will ring those phones using the same Apple ID.

This is a very different issue. A business phone is governed by the employer. The employer has rights to access every bit of information on this iPhone. One should definitely not mix business and personal device use.

Transferring these Photos:

Have him create his own Apple ID*. As for the photos, download them from iCloud**, have him transfer them to his account***, and then (if necessary) delete them from your account.
