If running iOS 13, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
Nothing to do with the security. And it’s not a bug. You have added or subscribed to some odd calendar. Remove the subscription or the calendar account from the device to solve this.
