My TV isn't turned on with the Apple TV

Hey, I have a Heinse TV and until very recently every time I clicked the Menu button on the Siri Remote both the TV and the Apple TV was turned on, like it should, but now, I need to open the TV manually with it's own remote. How to get it back to normal? One click should open them both

I'm glad to say that a devoted Apple Support representative has called me back with a solution to the problem. He guided me to disable AirPlay, go to the WiFi settings and forget the current network, and then reconnect and reenable AirPlay, and it worked. I'll close this thread in a month because if anyone else has experienced it I want to know if this solution has worked for them. Also, I recommend updating to tvOS 14.3 before doing so, because I did too and maybe that's related

If none of the above helps to resolve your issues, a Reset is your best option. It will restore it to factory settings. Yes you will need to set it all up again from scratch and install all your apps but the time it takes to do this will be time saved on what you currently spend on dealing with the issues. Don’t worry about iCloud, once you sign into iCloud, anything you’ve purchased with that same ID will be there. You can use the App Store App - Purchases, to download all your apps using the cloud icon. For purchased tv shows or movies, these will be there under purchases as well. Signing into iCloud is your backup.

Well, I've got an answer. They have sent me a previous version of their OS, and so I downloaded it to a USB flesh after formatting to FAT32, downgraded the TV to this os, and reset all manufacture defaults. And still, CEC toggles are all fine, but it does not work. I strongly feel that it's a problem with tvOS 14. It hasn't happened before the upgrade... Does anyone know anything about it? Is there someone here with a Hisense TV that can confirm to me that it doesn't happen with his TV?

Update December: Apple Support ignoring me on Twitter, my local Apple Support via phone number have absolutely no idea what to do beside reset it, which will be a disaster since there is no iCloud backup for the Apple TV.

Also, new problems appeared. One of them: Apps like Netflix or Yes+ (local network) every time I’m pausing whats playing the tv getting dark for at least two-seconds, sometimes more, so I can’t even skip or rewind without a few seconds of black screen, and there are more and more critical bugs.
