iCloud can't find Outlook default profile, even though one exists

Where does iCloud obtain the outlook profile? iCloud can't find the profile, even though one exists. My OFFICE 2010 Plus is working fine. This system was rebuilt from scratch. When OFFICE was reinstalled, the 32 bit version was inadvertently selected. It was then removed and the 64 bit version was installed.

iCloud was uninstalled and reinstalled, with no success.

When the system was rebuilt, placeholders for OFFICE 365 were installed. These have been removed.

The Apple addin in outlook is enabled and functioning.

The issue has been resolved.

The version of iCloud that was installed came from the MS Store. After deinstalling it and reinstalling it with no success, I removed it. I then downloaded the iCloud version from Apple, even though it said to obtain the software from the Microsoft Windows Store. Once the software was installed, iCloud was able to find the profiles and return to normal operation.
