iPhone 11 Pro - Camera stuck on 2x - Can't access .5 camera

I have the same problem. My phone camera is stuck at 2x, when I toggle to 1x, it doesn’t switch back. And there is no 0.5 option itself. I have tried resetting, and I have also updated the software. All this happened after my camera “hung” for a while. After that it’s not the same.

I was told I had a bug in my iCloud also I was told that when the new software update came out this is what messed up my camera and flashlight. So I had to restart my iPhone 11 without out using my previously backup and my camera and flashlight started working. You will be allowed to get your contacts, messages, and call log but your apps won’t come you have to download them any and resign in all the ones that requires you to sign in.

We understand you are unable to access the 0.5x option when taking photos and we're happy to help. Are you currently attempting to use it while Night Mode is enabled? For your model, when using Night Mode you can only use 1x. More info can be found here: Take photos with your iPhone camera
