Just got a new MacBook Air. Universal Clipboard
isn't working. Bluetooth is on both devices, same Wi-fi network. "Handoff" or whatever is selected in System Prefs. It worked with my old Mac.
Also, I can use AirDrop. So why not Universal Clipboard?

Ensure that your MacBook Air is logged in to the same Apple ID as your other devices.
You may want to sign out of and back into iCloud on your MacBook Air.

It turned out it was a phone problem! I had also just got a new iPhone SE and the problem was solved when I installed the latest system update. Thank you.
