Can we merge Family Sharing accounts?

I started a family when I bought Outlook 365 for family. My wife started a family when she bought iCloud storage. Apparently she can’t share storage with me because I’m in a different family and vice versa. Can me merge accounts?

Apple ID's/accounts cannot be merged. Why is it your wife cannot share iCloud storage with you? Is she getting an error message or notification? Did she setup -- Share an iCloud storage plan with your family - Apple Support?

I quit the family I created to share Office 365 and was able to join my wife’s family to share in her iCloud storage. I don’t know what I’ll do if, say, my wife wants to share in my Office 365. Maybe I can still share it even though in my current family I’m not the head, but I guess I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it.
