I don't have any more apple devices. I do have a subscription to Apple tv. How do I get a verification code to out into Apple tv???

If asked for a verification code, then you would have activated two-factor authentication. And that means that you would have supplied a secondary trusted device (or more) to associate with your account, on which to receive verification codes. You can’t have TFA without additional devices.
