Unable to unlock some files.

I added another admin to my macbook pro and i tried to move some files from the 1st admin to 2nd. i am using the 2nd admin and now all the documents in the files are locked and it says i cannot unlock them or edit them. I can only create duplicates so this wont let me revert some documents to a different old version.How can i remove this lock? and also if i have to add something to these files i have to "authenticate" it.
