Streaming video through car stereo won’t play sound, but music will still play.

Hi , my iPhone 11Pro does not play sound whenever i try to stream video in my car or play games in my car . It plays music just fine , but is unable to play audio whenever I try to stream video , or even try to play videos from the Photos app. Or play games. The sound comes for 0.5 second and then vanishes . Please suggest a fix.

I have tried connecting and disconnecting bluetooth , as well turning my device on and off. Also have tried restarting my phone, changed every setting I could, and updated my phone.
