Watch calendar events missing ... again

I am looking a my phone ... busy day

i am looking at my calendar app on the watch (v6) ... nothing today.

the watch is not locked !

i have the ‘smart’ watch face. I can see that i have an event in 45 mins. I cal click on it an see the details. I can touch the today button (top left) to a day without events. One part of the watch knows that the event exists. The other does not.

What is the solution? Do I have to return the watch as faulty? Thanks.

After hours of frustration ... I have discovered that restarting the watch helps.

Forum searches show this to be a long running issue .... maybe it will be fixed. I am still confused by the Siri watch face being able to see an event. Clicking on the event shows it in the calendar app. Then clicking on the 'day' view shows nothing!!!
