I can’t access my photo and microphone on my apps
i already do the setting, but still my apps can’t access the camera and microphone

You may have restrictions enabled.
Check Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Photos---set it to "allow"
Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Microphone--- set it o "allow"
Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Allowed Apps>Camera--- enable
When done, restart your device and test it.
