iPhone X Display Module Replacement Program for Touch Issues

I cannot repair the broken back glass at the dealer, which hinders the replacement of the repair part responsible for touching and it is a manufacturing defect What should I do

I spoke to Apple Support, and there is no solution other than replacing the device completely and paying roughly the price of the original device or throwing the phone in the vicinity of a trash bin.

The back glass cannot be repaired by the dealer. At the same time, I can only replace the touch piece responsible for the manufacturing defect after repairing the back glass.

Failed manufacturing defect repair program

contradiction

If there were no manufacturing defects, I would be able to use my phone now

What do you recommend.

Apple didn't break the back glass on your phone. That's all on you. And Apple won't repair a phone with broken back glass because the glass is fused to the phone and CANNOT be replaced. Had you taken better care of your phone and not broken the back glass, you'd have qualified for the touch issue repair on your phone. This is your issue, not Apple's.

Manufacturing defects, I am not the one who caused them, but Apple caused them, so set terms and conditions that make them unwilling to repair

By and large, I no longer want Apple products due to manufacturing defects

Manufacturing defects are found in abundance throughout the year. Apple announces manufacturing defects and recently announced a manufacturing line in the new headset two days ago. If you want to repair the defects on the warranty guarantee, the device must be in the new condition.

That DOESN'T change the fact your phone is damaged and Apple will NOT work on or provide warranty support to ANY damaged phone. So, since this seems a truly hard concept for you to understand:

  1. You damaged your phone
  2. Apple doesn't repair damaged phones
  3. It's your fault you can't get the warranty done

If that is too difficult for you to understand, there really is no point in going further with this topic.

Ps: I don't care what your followers think about this conversation. I don't work for Apple and have no vested interest in your problem. I'm also done replying to you.
