My moms icloud account

I personally set her icloud password and we can't get into the phone as it says it's not her password. How can I/her reset the password? I've gone thru the steps that are her options but it won't work

My husbands phone broke (android, boooo), and my mom, who is diagnosed with dementia had an iPhone 6 s plus that was an older unlocked phone so she gave it to him. Reset iCloud password Hey guys, I have a bit of a problem.. my little brother bought an iPhone and the store gave him some iCloud account.. it was like a lot of time ago and he can't remember the password.. the problem now that he have a new phone (galaxy) and I can't figure out how can I even reset the password if he's phone not getting the "allow" notification.. any suggestions?

Apple ID/ Password reset I bought a new phone for my daughter. When setting up the phone she cannot remember her apple ID Password. Is there a way to reset the password and not go to an Apple store for help?
