Buffering, while trying to open a search engine or app -

Iphone 7 plus, buffering while attempting the most basic operations - while in a Google or Chrome search, it buffers as soon as I enter a search item, usually times out before showing any results. Several apps also buffer, effectively freezing them up. Have rebooted router, iphone, performed soft re-sets, etc. I'm at a loss. Wife's iphone 7 seems to be working just fine. Latest software version is 14.1 - seems my problems started after installing that update.

Should the issue persist, you may want to try resetting your Network Settings, as what you're describing does sound network related. This will remove any saved Wi-Fi passwords and APN/VPN data, so you'll want that information handy.

To reset your Network Settings, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
