iPhone 12 Pro Does Not Ring

One reason why your iPhone 12 is not ringing, may be because your block unknown callers feature is turned on. To turn this off, Start the Settings app and go to Phone and then switch off Silence Unknown Callers. ... Start the setting app and go to General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings

There is the little button on the side with the volume buttons. I had to slide it up to get my phone to ring! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Turn off Vibrate on Ring

Go down the page and see if you have chosen a Ringtone. If you haven't choose one.

I know you got the ringer going but for others who might have the same issue. Have my iPhone 12 pro max for 2 days and it only vibrated. Did every possible thing in setting..it didn't work.. epiphany! There is a tiny button above the volume key on the side that slides.. push to right, it becomes unmuted . Push to left, the phone mutes

I had same problem iPhone 12 Pro Max no ring when called. But after speaking up Apple help centre apparently all new phones should be updated to latest setting. Once I did this it worked fine. Thankfully. Was about to throw towel in!!!

I had this problem. Did everything suggested but it didn't work until I changed ring tones.

I have the same or similar problem. From time to time, maybe a week or more, the phone doesn’t ring, nor does the alarm or timer; they only vibrate. I have to reboot the phone and then they will work again. I have an iPhone 12 mini.

Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Turn Vibrate on Ring off. Choose a Ringtone

Apparently you have to do the latest update then after that it should work. So annoying isn’t it. Good luck. It worked for me xx

Flip The little Button On The Side Abive The Volume Button That Will Fix Your Ringing Problem & Typing Sound

I had to go into "Settings," "Sounds and Haptics" and adjusted the "Ringer and Alerts" to highest volume. It worked!

My iPhone Pro Max still isn’t ringing? Why in the world is Apple not fixing this? This is classic Apple. Thousands of people complaining about a major glitch, posting all over the Internet and on Apple Discussions, and for months, and Apple does nothing, doesn’t respond to any of us.
