cannot find launchpad on my macbook pro

Safari quit working and cannot find launchpad....a notice appears all the time saying SafariBookmarksSyncAgent quit....I have tried everything and need your help...by the way I have Clean my Mac installed and the scan shows no malware...

the first thing i would do is uninstall clean my mac. it is complete garbage, and may be the root of your problem. second i would recommend looking at this page. and finally i recommend downloading etrecheck (app store or etrecheck.com) and running it. allow etrecheck "full disk access". then copy the report and post it here. it will likely point out the culprit. it hides your personal info, so there's no worry of sharing that info here.


also, launchpad should be in your applications folder.
