Compass app missing

I have a new apple watch 6. I don't see a compass app on the watch and notice I don't have it on my IPhone either. How can I get it?

Workout routes not showing in 9.2 (Race Route) In WatchOS 9.2 I’m not seeing routes in the Workout app. When I go to the start of my route, select Outdoor Run and filter on Routes, there are no options. I run the same route all the time and it shows up in Fitness on my iPhone so I know the watch and/or phone is recording the route. I thought it might have something to do with my route not being along a public road. So I just tested by running the same half mile twice on a sidewalk next to a road known to Maps. It measured the 0.5 miles the same within a stride or two so that tells me the GPS reading is consistent. Still when I went back to the start of the route it did not show up in Workouts. For your iPhone, if it has been deleted, you can reinstall it from the App Store.

I don't think it is possible to delete from the Apple Watch. Anyway, reinstall for iPhone and recheck.
