I got my AirPods Pro a few weeks ago and I love them. However, I can't seem to mute them even through my iPhone X (IOS 14.0.1). I'm on a call with work and even with mute turned on on my phone, I can see myself in the meeting lighting up every time I make a noise on the call. I have to mute myself through the meeting to actually mute me.

Looks like you are having some trouble with muting your AirPods Pro, specifically in that they seem to still transmit audio even after muting. That absolutely sounds like a concern and we can take a closer look. Does this issue occur in all apps? Are you using the default phone app when this issue occurs or is it when using a third party app? Has the mute function ever seemed to work proper or has it always been this way? Do you happen to have another set of headphones with a mic you can test the mute function with to isolate this to the AirPods?
