My iphone says it is disabled. I have connected it to itunes and gone through all the steps. I still will not unlock

After doing the OIS upgrade and putting in a code, my phone does not recognize the code and has disabled it.

Did you go through all of these steps?

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
