syncing contacts mac

How do I sync contacts to mac? It says they are linked together on icloud but some of them are not syncing.

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 10.15

Contacts not syncing from Mac to iCloud or iPhone Hi, I typically add contacts on my Macbook Pro but they are not syncing with iCloud or my iPhone.
