Photos stuck at 90% on analyzing..... Just like everybody else, my photos app is stuck and quitting, or even force quitting is not stopping it. Restarting didn't do it either. please find a solution. I have tons more photos to upload and cant do it as it is stuck.

Is the device plugged in to power and connected to WiFi? If you wish, you can try Settings > Name > iCloud > Photos > toggle off, wait a few minutes, then toggle on. As a last option, you can try signing out of iCloud and then sign back in.
