Impossible to take a burst of photos

Hello,

After my iPhone updating to iOS 14.1 my Camera doesn't take any more a burst of photos. It makes only video when I push the Shutter button for long. When I slide the Shutter button to the left, it's impossible to make photos, but only videos.

In spite of this the burst mode functions by pressing the Volume up button.

Is it possibile to restore defaults and to use again the Shutter button to take as usual a burst of photos?

Thank you very much.

Hi Olga_Italy,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help. As we understand, you can't take a burst photo unless you use the volume button. Instead you get a video.

This is actually expected behavior in iOS 14. Have a look at this page: About the Camera features on your iPhone. See the section "Hold the shutter to take a video".

It would not be possible to revert to a previous version of iOS.

Have a fantastic day!
