it requires iOS 12 or later (and perhaps your iPad model can't support that iOS version).

Given that your iPad can support iOS 13 or later, I do not know nor use that app, so I can't offer you a correct answer.

I am running 13.7 I purchased a 1 yr sub 2 months ago for my apple tv and saw there is now ios support. Is this not a stand alone app for the ipad or iphone..? When i open and search IPTVX in app store on ipad, the 2 iptvx app options are IPTVX (purchased) and IPTVX (subscribed) with greyed out buttons, no get or upgrade if necessary option..
