Issue opening .mov file in QuickTime and other programs

Hello!

I'm having an issue with a .mov file. I downloaded the file from Dropbox and tried to import it into Adobe Premiere, but got the error message "importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure and cannot read the metadata" I tried to open in in QuickTime, and got the error message "the file isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player." I can't even play it with VLC player, and when I put the file into the MediaInfo app, it can't pull up any info. But file plays in Dropbox. Is there any way to fix this problem?

I think this is the file straight from the camera, but I will double check.

This is the info about the video on Dropbox (the creation date is incorrect), but when I download it I can't get any information from it, and no program will open it (Premiere, QT, VLC, MediaInfo, etc). Is it an issue with the downloading?
