If you are able to access the order I am guessing your are NOT doing a pre-order but actually buying an iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro. And yes you need to fill out all the details. Or call the Apple Online Store and order it.

Yes, if you are getting the same phones just make the quantity "2" when your order.
