Issues with opening a pdf

Hi ! I saved a pdf from my email to my files. But I am not able to edit it as it is asking for owner’s password and I have no idea what it is

If the issue persists, it sounds like the PDF file is password protected and we would recommend contacting the sender of the email for the password.

Hi, I am having the same issue with all my documents, anything I save on my iMac I cannot markup or edit on my iPhone or iPad, this has never been the issue, and just noticed it today.
