I purchased a screen protector with a lifetime warranty for my Iphone 11 last with a lifetime warranty...the protector cracked (but the phone is fine)...How do I get that replacement?

The documentation that came with the screen protector should provide you with the means to get a warranty replacement. Have you tried reviewing that?
