iPhone not showing up in finder in catalina

iPhone SE with iOs14 not showing up in finder to back up. It shows up in airdrop and is charging. I have turned the locations off and back on but it still does not recognise it. I need to back it up before I install the latest update

Help please mac air updated to Catalina 10.15.6,when i plug my i phone in to back up,doesent show in finder ?spoke to 5 different apple people online,they all cant find a solution ! and fob me off any ideas when i plug my iphone into my mac air to back up, doesn't show in finder,5 different apple support people can't solve! they just fob me off

Can not backup iphone 6 on Catalina I have a Iphone 6plus and my wife has an iphone 6. I upgraded my Macbook Pro to Catalina and both of our Iphone 6 to latest IOS 12.4.7 Before Catalina I used to back up our phones on my Mac but now I can't. They don't appear on locations in finder. when I Check Usb drives under system information page. I can not see them either. Did anyone else has similar problems with Catalina? Thanks in advance
