I can no longer see the conversations on the left side of my messages window. There are boxes but it is completely blank. This issue appeared out of nowhere and is preventing my use of messages on my MacBook. Please help!
How can my messages be restored to view? I need customer support.

We understand that you're unable to see your Messages on your Mac. Are these messages that are sent via your iPhone or do you have a separate account for your Mac?
If you're using Messages with your iPhone, let's check that you have Text Message Forwarding enabled on your iPhone as outlined here: Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch
