How Do I remove a deleted Apple ID from a MacBook

Dear people, please help me!

I made an Apple ID and deleted it. And when I did, I forgot to remove the MacBook from the ID and now it's a bug. It doesn't sign out.

Please give me some solution as quick as you can!

And yes, i want a good solution that works and without having to reset

PLEASE QUICK!!

Do a backup, preferable 2 separate ones on 2 drives. Boot to the Recovery Volume (command - R on a restart). Run Disk Utility/First Aid. Reformat the drive using Disk Utility/Erase. Use Mac OS Extended (Journaled), then click the Option button, and select GUID. Quit Disk Utility, then re-install the OS.
