deleted apple id still sign in Macbook Pro

I deleted my Apple ID permanently.

I know about terms and conditions that I must sign out from the device before deleting.

I did log out from my Iphone, but I FORGET TO LOG OUT FROM MY MACBOOK PRO.

Now I can't sign out.

Please me what to do. The local store asked me 200$ to fix this.

I bought this Mac in local store in Cambodia, not the authorized one.

I don't have that kind of official receipt.

Can Factory Reset help me?
