Hey shonaine,

We understand you're having an issue seeing your photos in your camera roll. We'd be happy to help.

First off, we'll need to find out more details on your transition to your new iPhone 11 to find out what's going on here. To start, do you use iCloud Photos? If so, do you see your photos when viewing them on the iCloud website here: iCloud

If you do see your photos here, this means that they just haven't synced to your new iPhone. In order to sync them, you'll need to ensure that iCloud Photos is enabled on your new iPhone using these steps: Set up and use iCloud Photos

If you've never used iCloud to manage your photos and videos, then you'll need to either backup your old phone and restore that backup onto your new iPhone or else transfer all your photos and videos to your computer from your old phone and then sync them to the new iPhone. To do so, use these steps: Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

For help restoring a backup, check out: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

We hope this information helps out!

Take care.
