Apple TV app won't download at all on my iPhone XR
Apple TV was hanging. Then I deleted it and went to App Store to download it again. Now it won't just download! Any fix? I had restarted the phone, but no use (iPhone XR)

Could fix the download issue by enabling mobile data for Apple TV in the settings. But the App still hangs. And there are two instances of Apple TV in settings now! Any help will be appreciated.
