amazon video direct export

Every since Amazon has been accepting video files to put films for sale online it has been almost impossible to figure what the format settings should be. I need to update 2 films right now and NOTHING I do get approved. I have Compressor as well so I should have all I need to do what they want. Not matter what i try or how many times I try they file gets rejected for vague reasons. Has anyone succeeded uploading to Amazon video direct recently? They have no customer support for this so if anyone has succeeded and could share their settings I would really appreciate it after 2 years of trying!

The specs they provide seem always "wrong" somehow. The most common reason that comes up is n"not a valid frame rate" but more ofter I just get something saying it doesn't conform to the specs... with no other explanation. I did get a weird reply recently saying my frame rate was .004 FPS... it was not and I sent proof but no reply to that. Funny thing is, one of my films went with no problem at all even though used to the same parameters as the others that I could see. (Can you even set a project to .004 FPS? LOL)

I have been hoping someone cracked their code can might have a set of parameters they accepted recently.
