Apple Mail sending emails that aren’t me
when I go to my mail, and open “sent” folder, I see MANY of these emails showing sent from me. I did not send these political emails from my email account, so where are they coming from?

We're glad you thought to ask Apple Support Communities about the emails you see in the "Sent" folder of the Mail app. From the screenshot these appear to be emails sent to unsubscribe you from a mailing list. If you choose the "Unsubscribe" option from an email that you receive, the Mail app sends an email to have you removed from the list.
