So, I just found the following message on my Mac and haven't a clue what I need to do with this:
"Last login: Thu Nov 5 07:25:14 on ttys000
The default interactive shell is now zsh.
To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.

WHEN I CLICKED on the link it said requested page not found.

Years ago, before the advent of the mouse or the icons, windows etc. we're familiar with today, computers were operated entirely by typing commands. This way of working is still available through apps like Terminal, and some Mac users and developers make use of it. The message you've found is normal, and would make sense to people familiar with Terminal. You can just ignore it, and quit Terminal—chances are you opened it by mistake. No harm done!

The reason for the “requested page not found” error, snailspace1, is that the URL you have there has mistakenly included the final period in the URL. (An all too common error.)
The correct URL is https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208050 , and accesses the webpage Use zsh as the default shell on your Mac - Apple Support .
