Is my iPhone 12 Pro 5G capable?

I live in Canada and purchased and iPhone 12 Pro and noticed it doesn't have a cut out in the stanless steel frame bellow the lock button like all the pictures online show. Does that mean my iPhone isn't 5G capable? I didn't bother getting a 5G plan since it's not in my city yet but I'd like to have it for when it's available.
