The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

i cannot make in app purchases

Any way to fix the issue, where I cannot make in app purchases? Keep getting massage to go to www.Apple.com/support/iTunes/we. And that is 0 help.
