Anyone else see a quick red box flash around the Apple logo at the beginning of the final progress bar of the New macOS 10.15.7 supplemental update that fixes exploitable security flaws? Never seen this before. The supplemental update was released 12 hours ago.

I would not be concerned about screen anomalies in the update process.
Did not see what is mentioned on Late 2012 iMac. Going to do update on Retina MBA 2018 later today. If seen, will report back. Caveat, did this "quick red box flash" negatively impact the performance of the computer? Not on mine thus-far .

No noticeable impact thus far. Ran Disk Utility and nothing came up.
