Changing audio language of purchased tv shows?

Hi!

I am an English speaker living in Germany and i had briefly changed my 'region' to Germany to download the corona warning app. Then i forgot to change it back and purchased a TV Show that was native English. But because i had the German region selected and they love dubbing shows the audio is German.

Is there anyway to revert it back to its native audio language?? I get the English version? I also now cannot change the region back to Australia and get it again in English because i have a 'Pass' that needs to expire first!!
