my images are jumping from page to page

Hi! I have a problem with Pages. When I insert images in Pages and then I insert some images above these images, they just jump around and settle themselves where they wanna be. Is there a way to anchor the image to a specific block of text? Someone said it's already and automatically anchored to the text above I think, but the images still jump around. It's so annoying and it takes a lot of work, so how can I fix this problem?
