Can’t delete Exchange Account from iPad

I cannot delete Exchange Account from my iPad. The button “delete account” doesn’t show, there is no “profile” installed. Tried hard reset and all. No luck.

How can I delete the Exchange Account (credentials) from my iPad ?

Exchange2019 acct not adding to iPhone 15ProMax I have a 15ProMax and my email hosting company just switched me from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2019. They told me to delete exchange from my phone and then re-add my acct. when I get to the screen where you select “Microsoft Exchange” I can enter my email address but the next choice is “enter manually” or “sign in” and whichever I choose it pops back one screen to where you choose what type of account. how can I clear this out or reset so that I can enter my email and then password to set up my Exchange acct again??
