No junk mail on phone
My husband’s email on IPhone SE has no junk mail folder (has inbox, trash, sent folders). Emails that end up in junk mail show up on his IPad but not phone. We can’t figure out how to set up/find his junk mail folder. Help?

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about issues with the junk mail folder only on the iPhone SE.
Please verify you have checked the mailboxes you wish to see as described here: Organize your mail with mailboxes - Apple Support
"In the Mailboxes list, you can view all your mailboxes, create a new one, or rename or delete one. (Some mailboxes can’t be changed.)
- Tap Mailboxes in the upper-left corner.
- Tap Edit at the top of the list.
- Select the checkboxes next to a mailbox you want to view.
- There are several smart mailboxes, such as Unread, that show emails from all your accounts. Tap the mailboxes you want to view.
- To add a mailbox, tap New Mailbox at the bottom of the list.
- Enter a name and specify a location, then tap Save."

Then, delete the Mail app: How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Restart your iPhone: iPhone User Guide: Restart iPhone - Apple Support
Then, reinstall the Mail app using the steps at the bottom of this help article: Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS 14 or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support
Once installed, you may need to read your mail account if it is not automatically recognized. Once reinstalled, your mails should repopulate from the server. Check if you have the junk mail mailbox showing. Thanks and have a wonderful day.
