Intercom not working over cellular

I tried using intercom in my car both over CarPlay and using just my phone on the way home today, but kept getting "Intercom message not delivered" errors every time.

When I got home, I had no problem sending them once I was on wifi.

However, if I turned wifi off on my phone and tried again, I got the "not delivered" errors again.

Based on Apple's promo videos, I should be able to send intercom messages when I'm not at home. Any idea why this is only working over wifi and not cellular?

All down in settings > cellular > home

I found the solution. It's a bug !!!

go to settings > cellular and switch off home and then turn it on again. After that my intercom works fine over cellurar and wifi!
