Notes Widget

Need assistance to figure out why the Notes Widget for either folder(s) and/or note(s) does not see any of my folders and/or notes in the Notes app. I am using an iPhone XR, fully patched. I have tried deleting and reinstalling app. I have tried removing and adding back the widget(s). I have tried new notes and folders. I compared the Notes app settings to that of others in my family with the same phone as they are able to do this and our settings are the same.

I already attempted the apple support app as well as a phone call from apple support without resolution.

Hi there TCM212,

Thanks for posting! The Notes widget is a great feature, and it sounds like yours is showing as blank. Knowing that you've tried reinstalling the app and removing the widget is helpful.

To double-check, are you using iOS 14.2 on your device? You can check under Settings > General > About. If you're using an earlier version, here's How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you've already updated to iOS 14.2 and that didn't clear up the issue, your best bet is to continue working with Apple directly: Get Support
