Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand that when searching on your iPad, OneDrive files don’t show. We’re happy to provide some steps that may help.
First, make sure you’re running the latest software version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Then, make sure you have the following settings enabled:
- Settings > General > Spotlight Search > [App]
- Settings > General > Spotlight Search > Suggestion in Search
- Settings > General > Spotlight Search > Suggestion in Look Up
If that doesn’t help, try these steps for troubleshooting apps: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
