I am trying to reload my apple ID after resetting the iPad and I am receiving an "error connecting to the apple id server"

What to do?

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 2nd Gen, Wi-Fi

Can’t connect to Apple ID servers My iPad cannot sign into Apple ID. I’ve factory reset it and it still comes up with cannot connect to Apple ID server. Checked server status - apple says they’re up. Reset date time etc network is fine I don’t know what else to do!

Some other things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

If necessary

Hard reset.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
